A speakeasy-inspired bar in Greenwich Village, named Best Bar in North America, 2026. Opened in 2024 and named Best Bar in North America in 2026. RAA served as design-build construction manager, sourcing custom brick finishes and fabricating period-appropriate detailing in-house when market solutions proved insufficient.
